Nemours is seeking a Director, Talent Management to join our team in Jacksonville, Florida. This position is responsible for providing leadership on talent acquisition and retention, organization effectiveness and development, as well as leading the management of the following departments:
? Talent Acquisition
? Organization Development

Provides leadership in the above areas with emphasis on team development/alignment, change management, organization design, associate strategy development, career transition, succession management, sourcing and recruiting, developing and deploying talent, and engaging and retaining top talent.

Additional Responsibilities:
? Assesses organizational readiness for new strategies and plans timing of initiative launches.
? Prepares business case to obtain buy-in on launching strategic initiatives.
? Develops and implements strategic initiatives on becoming a Learning Organization.
? Ensures inclusion of Nemours values and alignment of behaviors required to operate effectively in Nemours? culture.
? Provides leadership in associate development, including leadership and management development.
? Recommends appropriate organization assessments and leads rollout and action planning activities for same.
? Assesses risks associated with various change initiative projects; suggests and implements actions to manage any negative impacts.
? Connects talent strategy with business strategy.
? Analyzes the talents and skills that people will need to operate at the next level and develops strategy to meet future needs.
