Marshall Township residents celebrated the township's 150th anniversary July 27 during its annual Community Day.

The festivities ? which included a history display, storytelling, a visit from an Abraham Lincoln impersonator, entertainment and demonstrations by volunteers from the Depreciation Lands Museum in Hampton Township ? were cut short by heavy rain.

Fireworks have been rescheduled for 9 p.m. Aug. 16 at the park. They will take place after
