There are two worlds, Earth and Crystalis.
You are a regular person, when suddenly at night you have a surreal dream that someone is looking for you. She is a beautiful Goddess with long flowing hair, at a magnificient temple ruin.
You wake up then that very night, a mysterious man comes and tells you he has been searching for you. He says to come with him and he'll take you away. If you refuse, he threatens you.
Thus begins the journey for the reincarnations of the Goddess Selenia in which you the player will play. The players will also be the guardians of the reincarnations, and people who knew the descendents on Earth before they dissapeared. Players can also be from the rebel group, which I will go into detail about very soon. When the descendents/reincarnations go to the other world, their hair and eye color changes to a bizarre color. You wonder, what am I?
Story:
In the past:
Along time ago, the other planet used to be peaceful and loving, and pious people. They worshipped a Goddess who brought them prosperity and peace. Temples were erected as people showed their respect for the Goddess and gave offerings. There was however, a force that was powerful that wanted to abominate religion. This force was a jealous force, jealous of what the Goddess had attained.
Destroying of temples is what happened, and destroying of the main temple was what brought out the Goddess from her hiding to protect the people. In this battle however, the Goddess was not able to win and thus, she receded (ran) to the other world called planet Earth to hide herself from this power. She laid quiet, disguising herself as human and splitting herself into parts so as to be reborn again. She made a promise to herself that she would reclaim her throne once again, and that when powerful enough, would stop the massacre that had happened before then. Generation after generation, reincarnations were quietly reborn, until present day when a band of people from the other world have quietly planned to fight back. This upset has caused the Goddess to reawake and call out to her descendents.
Presently in the world Crystalis, a group of people have have decided to ban up in order to fight off the oppression they feel from the government that now rules over them. This government is the same one which abolished the temples because they seek a world without the Goddess. The group of people are rebels, which some of them will become the guardians of the descendents/reincarnations.
The government which seeks to have no religion is headed by a man who is jealous of the Goddess. He will be the antagonist.
About the Goddess: She is a generous, loving, and peaceful. She will not fight but will fight if it means so. She has a weakness for her creatures and does not wish to harm them.

Grooveshark ? All Four Major Record Labels Are Now Suing
Back in August 2011, the Digest reported that Universal Music Group, a major record label, filed a copyright infringement suit against Grooveshark, the popular music streaming service. Universal accused Grooveshark employees of posting more than 100,000 pirated songs, CNET explains. The lawsuit is still pending, and Wired reports that Universal could be seeking the maximum damages of a whopping $150,000 per song. In December 2011, Sony Music Entertainment and Warner Music Group joined the lawsuit through an amended complaint, according to UPI. Most recently, on January 4, 2012, EMI Music Publishing sued Grooveshark?s parent company Escape Media for breach of contract, CNET reports. The New York Times reports that EMI has accused Grooveshark of failing to make a single royalty payment to EMI since signing a music licensing pact with EMI in 2009. CNET says Grooveshark maintains that it is protected under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act?s safe harbor provision, 17 U.S.C. ?512(c), which immunizes online service providers from acts of copyright infringement committed by their users under certain conditions. With EMI?s suit, all four major record labels are now suing Grooveshark.
Cloud Music (Amazon, Google and Apple) ? MP3tunes Decision Affirms Legality
JOLT Digest reported back in August 2011 that providers of ?cloud music? services and apps, such as Amazon, Google, and Apple, may be vulnerable to suits for copyright infringement because the music uploaded by users could have illegal origins. On August 22, the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York handed down its opinion in a lawsuit by EMI against MP3tunes, a cloud-based online music locker service similar to those provided by Amazon, Google, and Apple. See Capitol Records, Inc. v. MP3tunes, LLC, 07 Civ. 9931 (S.D.N.Y. Aug. 22, 2011). Wired explains that rather than requiring every user who wanted the same song to upload it separately, MP3tunes employed a bandwidth-saving strategy in which its software would check the server to see if the song was previously uploaded. If a match existed, the song would be added to the user?s digital music ?locker? without requiring an upload. JOLT Digest summarized Judge Pauley?s opinion, which held that MP3tunes met the legal threshold to be protected by the Digital Millennium Copyright Act?s safe harbor provision.
The MP3tunes decision was good news for Google and Amazon because it affirmed the legality of cloud music services. Moreover, it cleared the way for them to take advantage of similar space-saving techniques. Up to then, both had required users to upload every song, regardless of whether it had previously been uploaded by another user, Wired reports. In November 2011, Apple launched a $25-a-year iTunes Match service, which, similar to MP3tunes, scans users? iTunes music collection and cross-references the songs with its servers, according to Time Techland. That same week, Google Music launched. Mashable reports that the two services would compete with Amazon?s Cloud Player, which had been launched earlier. Amazon?s Cloud Player was removed from Apple?s App Store in November, however, because of ?legal complications with the music industry,? Apple Insider states.
Although currently free of legal troubles, Google requested permission from the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York on February 1 to file an amicus brief in support of ReDigi. In its letter to the court on behalf of Google, Fenwick & West expressed concern over the case?s threat to the cloud computing industry. The court, however, denied Google?s request.
Zediva ? Movie Streaming Service Closes Operations in Settlement Agreement
In October, 2011, the online movie streaming service Zediva and the Motion Picture Association of America (MPAA) reached a settlement to resolve a lawsuit filed by Hollywood last April, as covered by The Hollywood Reporter. In August, 2011, the MPAA won a preliminary injunction to effectively shut down Zediva, which operated with no licensing agreements with the studios, Wired reports. The Digest covered the legal debate this past August. Zediva originally appealed this decision to the Ninth Circuit, according to The Hollywood Reporter, but has now agreed to permanently discontinue its services and resolve all claims for $1.8 million.
ReDigi ? Court Denies Preliminary Injunction Against Used Music Dealer
On February 6, 2012, a federal district court judge denied Capitol Records? request for a preliminary injunction against ReDigi, ExtremeTech reports. ReDigi sells ?used? digital tracks using a software that it claims can identify files that have been legally purchased and restrict a user?s access to such files once the user sells them through its marketplace. This past January, Capitol Records sued ReDigi for copyright infringement in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York (complaint available at Copyright?em) seeking both a preliminary injunction to shut down the website and $150,000 per track in damages. Capitol Records alleged that ?ReDigi makes and assists its users in making systemic, repeated, and unauthorized reproductions and distributions of Plaintiff?s copyrighted sound recordings? and that it acts as a ?clearinghouse for copyright infringement.? Judge Sullivan denied the request for the preliminary injunction on the basis that Capitol Records could not show irreparable harm, and the parties now await further proceedings, Intellectual Property Magazine reports. Wired.com hosts the brief order, and attorney Ray Beckerman?s website provides an excerpt of the court transcript. According to ExtremeTech, this suit could have important implications regarding the application of the ?first sale doctrine? under the Copyright Act of 1976, by which the purchaser and owner of a product has the legal right to resell that product.

Italian ship fires on Indian fishing boat, 2 dead (AP)
NEW DELHI ? India's navy says an Italian cargo ship has fired at an Indian fishing boat off the coast of southern India, killing two fishermen.
The Indian navy says in a statement that the ship thought the fishermen were pirates.
The Indian coast guard and navy were questioning the captain and the crew of the ship identified as the Enrica Lexie about Wednesday's incident.
The owner of the fishing vessel told Indian television Thursday the firing was unprovoked. He says the boat was fishing in Indian waters close to the Kerala coast when the Italian ship opened fire, killing the two fishermen. Nine other fishermen onboard survived.

Chavez allies turn on Venezuelan opposition leader (Reuters)
CARACAS (Reuters) ? President Hugo Chavez's allies are bombarding Venezuela's newly anointed opposition leader with attacks casting doubt on the legitimacy of the primary vote, questioning his sexuality and disparaging his Jewish roots.
Auguring a rough campaign ahead of the October 7 presidential election, the torrent of accusations against Henrique Capriles began just minutes after his landslide win at the Democratic Unity coalition's primary on Sunday.
With Chavez himself uncharacteristically quiet, senior officials and state media have led the attack, denouncing Capriles - a 39-year-old state governor who wants to be Venezuela's youngest leader - as "bourgeois" and "fascist."
"Now we know who is the candidate of imperialism, of capitalism and the right wing," said Congress leader Diosdado Cabello, a former military comrade and longtime staunch supporter of the socialist president. "The anti-patriotic candidate has a face. He won't have an easy election campaign."
Capriles - the grandson of Jews who survived the World War Two Holocaust in Poland - defines himself as a center-left "progressive" who admires Brazil's "modern left" model of free-market economics with a strong social conscience.
The attacks against him foreshadow a tough election battle in the polarized South American OPEC member nation, where Chavez has strong support among the poor and denounces opponents as representatives of a discredited, super-rich elite.
The most furious accusations have come from state media commentator Mario Silva, who often targets Chavez's foes on his late night TV show, "The Razorblade."
Silva insulted opposition leaders and then read out a purported police document reporting Capriles was caught in a car having sex with another man in 2000.
Capriles denied the allegation and said the document was falsified. Police have not commented.
Another state radio commentator, Adal Hernandez, wrote a vitriolic profile of Capriles, highlighting his Jewish family background and titled: "The Enemy is Zionism." Capriles, a practicing Catholic, has not responded to the profile.
One cartoon, retweeted on Wednesday by a senior Chavez aide, showed Capriles in pink shorts with a Swastika on his arm, squaring up to a much larger, muscular Chavez. He often talks emotionally of his grandparents' escape from Nazi repression.
CAMPAIGN BATTLE
Capriles comes from a wealthy family but pointedly spends more time in a T-shirt in shantytowns than in his office, and he is seeking to project himself as above the mud-slinging.
"I wasn't elected to fight with anyone but to solve problems," said Capriles, who won nearly two-thirds of the 3 million votes cast in Sunday's primary.
"The only confrontation I want is against violence, unemployment, corruption and other problems in Venezuela."
Much of the official ire against Capriles has focused on Sunday's primary, saying the overall numbers were inflated to give an impression of massive opposition turnout - even though the state electoral authority supervised the poll.
Chavez supporters have also demanded to know the source of Capriles' campaign financing, implying pro-U.S. interests have been backing him. The Democratic Unity candidate has responded that his books are open for all to see.
Adding to the charged atmosphere, the Supreme Court ordered the opposition on Tuesday not to burn voter registration books from Sunday's vote - a measure they had promised to counter fears there could be retribution.
The government for years discriminated against Venezuelans whose names were on a list of people who requested a recall referendum on Chavez's rule, blocking them from jobs, state loans and in some cases even entrance to government buildings.
Opposition leaders said the court's order was issued too late, and the lists of voters' names had already been burned.
